I’ve been in the mood for doing my nails since I’m going on a trip this weekend and also to test out some new nail stuffs I bought recently, so I painted my nails this trendy butter yellow color. I think it’s the perfect summer 2025 nails trend and I added a sheer chrome layer (not very noticeable).
Unfortunately, I broke a nail a while ago so that’s why they’re short. Not sure how I feel about them yet but here’s a run down…
What I used:
- Sensationail gel primer
- Jello Jello peel off base gel
- Nail Co yellow gel
- ab gel top coat
- Chrome powder from Aliexpress
Butter Yellow Nails for Summer 2025 – Thoughts
TBH I feel like the yellow I used wasn’t light enough. I’m not sure if I can claim they are within the “butter yellow” trend. The more I look at it, the more I feel like it’s giving corn on the cob yellow. 😭 But pastel definitely has been back and gaining popularity.
At least it kinda matches my desk at work…
